200 Hour Classic CertificationUNION/YOGA 200 Hour Classic Teacher Certification is a 28-day Intensive, based on the 8 "limbs" of yoga, with an emphasis on therapeutic applications of asana and pranayama, as related to the Tantric chakra system. We include a study of Ayurveda, the psychology of yoga, yoga business skills, and marketing and advertising. Each class day includes practical, hands-on experience. Student teachers will practice-teach and conduct public classes, and are supported with peer mentoring and through honest self-evaluation. Our detailed, illustrated textbooks for 200-hour Classic, and 500-hour Master levels cover all aspects of teaching hundreds of asanas. This course will benefit anyone desiring personal growth and in-depth experiential revelation of yoga, whether seeking a teaching career, or not.
