What class should I take?
What class you take depends on your experience and interests. It is recommended that you start with an Intro to Yoga class if you have never done yoga before. We also offer Gentle Yoga for people who want to start slowly and carefully such as those recovering from surgery, illness or injury, seniors, and committed couch potatoes.
Once you feel confident with the basic postures, you can try Continuing Yoga, Re-alignment, or Yoga & Meditation. We recommend that you complete at least one continuing class before taking Vinyasa or Ashtanga. See CLASS DESCRIPTIONS for a complete explanation of classes available.
