For this coming week, January 3-9, please meet up with on Zoom, on Tuesday the 5th and Thursday the 7th at 9 AM for Yin Yoga at Home. Let's join as One to welcome in 2021! 

FYI, if you are unfamiliar with Yin style yoga, it is a great counterpoint to more aerobic yoga styles, and suitable for all levels. Through long, sustained poses and focused breath, Yin Yoga will lubricate your joints and increase your range of motion. It will signal your bones to draw in more calcium and minerals through evenly held weight-bearing. Yin Yoga is mostly on the floor. You won't be standing at all. It's so wonderfully relaxing- but deep.
You should bring your mat or a blanket to lie on, two yoga blocks and a blanket to sit on, or for support under your knees in shavasana
