RETURN TO LIGHT SOLSTICE YOGA NIDRA CELEBRATION

Darkest Night Yoga and Meditation

Return to Light!
Winter Solstice Yoga Nidra
Monday, December 21, 2020

4:30-6:00 PM
FREE to ALL on ZOOM

Get cozy, settle in. For this is the longest night.
Stay. Rest. Wait. This is the darkest hour.
Behold. Wonder. Observe. This is the shadow.
This is the fertile ground of dreams...

Yoga Nidra is a yogic practice of wakeful dreaming. It is seeing into the darkness. It is opening to the recognition and creation of something just on the horizon (something completely unknown). Something astonishing.

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep” takes you sweetly, dreamily, tier by tier, to your deepest knowing. It is tending to your darkness as the fertile birthplace of your longing for healing, justice, peace, and love.

Yoga Nidra gives us something real to live by with integrity, compassion, and forgiveness in times of ambiguity and fear. It is the practice of finding safety in the shadows.

You will only need to lie in a comfortable position, safe and warm.
Turn off the devices. Turn down the lights.
And listen.
Just practice. All is coming!
