Headstand Perspective 1-5

One: Know where the top of your head is.

Two: Exhale, walk your feet in and lift them no more than an inch from the floor.

Three: Inhale, bring your heels to the backs of your thighs and lift your knees.

Four: Exhale, and adjust your weight onto your arms and off your head.

Five: Inhale your legs straight.
